Delivery Information
Shipping And Handling all orders over £125 will be dispatched free of charge, otherwise a £4.95 ex VAT charge will be made for delivery.
All goods in stock are dispatched for next business day delivery (Monday to Friday) providing the order is received and payment authorized before 4.30pm Monday to Friday. But no guarantees can be made for next day delivery.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address given on the order and you should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Deliveries can be made up to 6pm.
All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the you or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.
You should inspect the goods before signing for the delivery of them and report any damage from shipping to the courier and ourselves immediately but no longer than 2 days.
You should ensure you sign for the correct number of parcels delivered.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
